Smart AV Solutions for Flexible Collaboration Spaces
A Toronto coworking space wanted to enhance its meeting rooms to provide members with flexible, high-quality hybrid collaboration experiences. The project included upgrades across multiple rooms, with a focus on ensuring ease of use, modern design, and tools that enrich both in-person and virtual meetings.

Deliver scalable AV setups tailored to different room sizes and functions
Provide seamless room scheduling for a busy coworking environment
Integrate tools that enhance virtual collaboration, including support for whiteboarding sessions
Maintain a clean, professional look across all spaces while ensuring technology remains simple for diverse users
Solutions Implemented
We outfitted the coworking space with a suite of Logitech solutions and supporting devices:
Twinning 65″ Displays in the King Room — providing immersive visuals for larger team sessions
Single 75″ Display in the University Room — delivering crisp presentations in a medium-sized space
Apple iPads as Room Schedulers — mounted outside meeting rooms to simplify booking and maximize room utilization
Logitech Scribe — installed above the whiteboard, allowing remote participants to clearly see in-room annotations, making brainstorming sessions more inclusive
