Upgrading the Heart of Member Collaboration
A Toronto-based non-profit organization sought to modernize their Open Space Hub, the central gathering place for member events, workshops, and meetings. The aim was to create a seamless video collaboration environment that would make hybrid participation as natural and engaging as being in the room.
Challenges and Problems faced
Deliver reliable audio and video in a large, open space often used for dynamic group sessions
Ensure technology could support both formal events and casual community meetings
Provide intuitive, user-friendly controls for staff and members with varied technical skills

We deployed a tailored AV solution using a combination of Poly and Nureva technologies:
Poly Studio E70 Camera — providing intelligent framing and speaker tracking for inclusive video conferencing
Poly TC8 Touch Controller — enabling simple, one-touch meeting controls
Nureva HDL410 Audio System — delivering wide coverage and crystal-clear audio, ensuring every participant’s voice is captured in the open space environment
